Rebrand

UNW were already a success story, in fact they had grown rapidly over the preceding few years before our relationship was established. Success however, has to be managed carefully.  Consistency of brand and brand message, internally as well as externally, has to be of paramount importance. We evolved the brand identity and marketing collateral, but perhaps more importantly, we created a messaging platform which has helped create a ‘one voice’ culture.
