The Chimes, Uxbridge

See You Soon

As is often the case, a truth was the basis of our campaign idea for The Chimes in Uxbridge. We felt that it was important that the centre shouldn’t pretend to be something that it isn’t.  It had been established for over ten years so it’s customers already knew what it was. In this case it was a centre that was used every day, statistics showed many repeat visits with a relatively short dwell time. Sitting directly next to Uxbridge underground station and bus station, a lot of that footfall was local, going to and returning from work, popping in for lunch, catching a movie and of course shopping.

 

Our idea was ‘See you Soon’ it was very friendly, welcoming, inclusive and encouraged repeat visits. We gave it a very strong, stylish look using the existing logo colours in headlines and with a  handwritten main line which has a personal touch.
